3* Guest post. It’s one of strategy marketing by writing content on someone else's blog in order to get backlinks that can be used to increase your traffic website.

4* If you have more than one site then give shoutout to your new website, this way the viewers of your previous site can also visit your new web page 

5* Active Forums. Many bloggers have been used this way to get active visitors with referral links. Make sure to always obey their guidelines.

6* Write article according to SEO. Make an article that support SEO, it really helps you to boost your traffic website.

7* Ask someone (who has viewers above 1k atleast) to give you a shoutout, or deal with them i.e. pay them some.
